Safety, Security & Unique Features

- Safety is Everything! We designed this house with our family’s safety in mind.
There are four fire extinguisher boxes with glass doors located throughout the house and garage.Panic buttons are located on first and second floor can be activated in case of fire or other emergency.This switch activates very loud 12 inch commercial alarm bells connected to the outside of the house.
- Security: Four real time color cameras.
Most cameras will work off the Cat5e wiring which is throughout the house. Each entrance has an audio and color video security camera wired back to a control room for monitoring.Microphone and speakers in each location let you talk to the person at the entrance before letting them in the house.
*Additional cameras can be added.
-Emergency Lighting safety – Power outrages.
During a power failure there are six emergency power lighting systems in place that illuminate all stairs and hall ways.
-Exterior Lighting:
Front and Rear recessed lighting installed in Sofitt and controlled with dimmer switch.
Spot lights ( white designer ) at all corners on EACH floor.
Switches for spot lights located in hallway of each floor.

-Communications - House is wired for multiple Cat5 computer outlets in each room and all family rooms. Wiring is controlled in patch panels of two floors of the house.
Telephone - Multiple jacks in each room on each wall to accommodate up to 5 separate telephone numbers operating anywhere in the house.
Satellite and local cable TV wired in every room and every floor. All controlled in a centrally located patch panel. You can operate both satellite and Cable TV in the same room if desired. All family rooms have this feature.
Alarm and warning system Along with the extensive smoke detector system there are fire alarms wired into each floor.
Music – Each room ( even the bathrooms ) have stereo speakers built into the ceilings with individual volume controls for your personal listening pleasure. Each room is wired back to a patch panel whereby any room could simultaneously listen to a different music source.
